Backlink indexer comparison table

Published · By IndexChex

Backlink indexers differ less in what they do than in how they charge. Some bill every submitted URL, others refund URLs that stay unindexed, and one sells monthly quotas. This table compares ten tools on pricing basis, cost per URL, vendor-stated speed and indexing rates, refunds, API and verification, all checked on official pages on 2026-10-08.

The master table

All data checked on 2026-10-08 against official vendor pages linked in the sources list. "Vendor states" means the figure is the vendor's own claim and has not been tested by this site.

Reading the price column fairly

The dollar column mixes two bases, and comparing them directly flatters credit-based tools. SpeedyIndex, Rapid URL Indexer, Omega Indexer and IndexMeNow return credits for URLs that do not index, so their price is close to a price per indexed URL. IndexChex, Indexceptional, GigaIndexer, IndexBolt and Speed-Links charge per submission.

To put IndexChex on the same footing, divide its submitted-URL price by its average standard-mode indexation rate of 85%+: $0.0014 / 0.85 is about $0.00165, and $0.0044 / 0.85 is about $0.0052 per indexed URL. That derived range is still below every per-URL competitor range above. Instant mode costs 60 credits, about $0.084 to $0.26 per URL, which sits inside the range of several competitors' standard prices. The pricing models guide walks through when each basis works out cheaper for a given link mix.

Lowest published price, with conditions. IndexChex standard submission has the lowest published per-URL price of the per-URL tools in this table. Two exceptions apply: Links Indexer sells quotas, so its per-link cost falls below IndexChex if a large share of the quota is used (and its free plan costs $0), and the comparison holds on a per-submitted basis for IndexChex against per-indexed prices for refund-based tools.

Who each tool suits

  • IndexChex suits buyers who want submission and independent index checks in one balance and are comfortable paying per submission. See the IndexChex profile.
  • Rapid URL Indexer suits buyers who want a published average rate (91%) and automatic refunds, and accept a 14-day wait for the final report. Alternatives are covered in Rapid URL Indexer alternatives.
  • SpeedyIndex suits buyers who want to pay only for indexed results and use Telegram or an existing API integration. Options are listed in alternatives to SpeedyIndex, and API-compatible indexers covers drop-in replacements.
  • Omega Indexer suits buyers on a steady monthly volume who want 24-hour refunds and drip feed. See Omega Indexer alternatives.
  • IndexMeNow suits low volumes of high-value URLs where a per-URL price under a dollar is acceptable in exchange for a 10-day refund. See IndexMeNow alternatives.
  • Indexceptional and GigaIndexer suit buyers who mainly want proof of a bot visit per URL. See Indexceptional alternatives.
  • Links Indexer suits very high volumes of low-value links where quota pricing wins.
  • Speed-Links suits users of GSA Search Engine Ranker, which it integrates with.

What the table does not show

No common benchmark exists across vendors. Speed claims measure different events: first crawl, bot hit, first report, or indexing. IndexChex states its index checker is about 96% accurate in its own weekly measurement, and other vendors use their own checks, so "indexed" may not mean the same test everywhere. The guide to reading indexing claims explains how to compare such numbers, and the safest practice is to verify a sample of any vendor's results yourself.

FAQ

Which backlink indexer has the lowest price per URL?

Among the per-URL packs checked on 2026-10-08, IndexChex standard submission is the lowest published price at $0.0014 to $0.0044 per submitted URL. Links Indexer, a monthly quota plan, is lower only if its quota is fully used, and pay-per-indexed tools refund misses, so the basis matters.

Why do some indexers refund unindexed links?

SpeedyIndex, Rapid URL Indexer, Omega Indexer and IndexMeNow sell a result rather than a submission: if a URL is not indexed within their stated window, the credit returns. Their per-URL price is therefore effectively a price per indexed URL.

Are the indexing rates in the table independently verified?

No. Competitor rates are what each vendor states on its own site. IndexChex figures are IndexChex weekly measurements on recurring URL sets. None of these figures comes from a common third-party test.

How often is the table updated?

Every cell carries the date it was checked. The current data was read from official vendor pages on 2026-10-08. Vendors change prices often, so check the linked source before buying.
